A manageable fleet
With some of the bigger names in the cruise line industry, the number of ships in their inventory easily surpasses 50. An intimate size
All three vessels in the Seven Seas fleet are mid-sized (up to 800 passengers), which means you don’t experience any of that over-crowded, pushy feel on the bigger cruise vessels. It also makes for a much more intimate setting on the high seas.

Cabins
Here is where Seven Seas clearly stands above the rest. The two larger ships are equipped with a balcony for each and every room. No longer do you have to worry about sailing for weeks on end in a tiny, claustrophobic cabin that has windows that you can’t open, no matter how late you book your ticket. Cabins tend to be larger than the norm as well, and are appointed with such extras as marble bathtubs and walk-in closets.

Destinations
Since Seven Seas caters to the more experienced cruise traveler, destinations tend to be a bit more off the beaten track. Seven Seas offers trips to such places as the Panama Canal, Antarctica, and the New England coastline.

Activities
Unlike other cruises that have non-stop organized activities, Seven Seas provides a more subdued, upper class atmosphere. Passengers can choose to relax by the poolside, partake in a mind-numbing spa, or attend one of the more refined activities such as an art auction, wine tasting or gourmet cooking classes. Or if you choose to surf the web, you can enjoy the ship’s Internet café, equipped with the latest in computer equipment.
